Please ensure you review it each time you intend to place an order through this website. before placing an order. This is because it is subject to changes.
APPLICABLE LOCATIONS
This website applies to orders within the United States. Also, certain states within the United States may be excluded. Please see the checkout page to know if we cover your location.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Our processing of orders is done immediately after we receive your offer. The processing time may be between 1 – 2 business days after we confirm your order. Please note that some orders may take longer during peak and busy periods.
SHIPPING METHODS AND E.T.A.
We offer both standard and express delivery methods. See below for their Estimated Time of Arrival.
·Standard: Takes between 4 – 6 business days after confirmation of shipping.
·Express: Takes between 1 – 3 business days after confirmation of shipping.
Note that while we strive to deliver your order promptly, delivery times are merely estimates. Additional days may apply due to factors such as weather, government actions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Offshore U.S. Locations: For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, your Zicoto items will be delivered via Standard Shipping, which takes a bit longer, approximately 8-15 business days. Please note, certain remote locations may not be serviceable, and checkout will notify you accordingly.
SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost is dependent on the shipping method selected. The applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed to you on the checkout page immediately after you submit your shipping address.
ORDER TRACKING
You may track your order to monitor its progress. A tracking number will be provided to you after we confirm and ship your order. This information will be accompanied by instructions on how to track your order.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that you submit an accurate shipping address on the checkout page to prevent delays and losses. ZICOTO or its third-party delivery partners will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided shipping addresses.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
